RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ekaarth, each product is made to order with love and care, especially for you. As a print-on-demand store, we do not hold stock and do not resell returned products.
✅ Returns & Exchanges – Accepted Only If:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received a wrong size than what you ordered
Please email us within 3 days from the date of delivery at info@ekaarth.com with:
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
- Order number

Description of the issue
To process such claims, upon verification, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
❌ Returns/Exchanges NOT Accepted For:
- Change of mind or dislike of the product
- Ordering the wrong size (based on buyer's selection)
- Delay in delivery due to courier or address issues
- Slight color or size variation due to screen or manual process
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
📦 Replacement/Resolution Process:
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
- If eligible, we’ll offer a free replacement or resolve the issue
- No refunds will be issued — only reprints or replacements where applicable.
📬 Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for cash on delivery (COD) orders unless the issue meets the above criteria.

REFUND POLICY
At Ekaarth, every product is custom-made for you. As a print-on-demand brand, we do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product damage or errors.
If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ekaarth.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted approach.
Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
To Request a Refund:
Please contact us at info@ekaarth.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product/packaging
- Description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement, or

Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the issue)

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
